How do I become an affiliate?
Affiliate accounts are separate from your regular customer account (but both can use the same e-mail address). To open an affiliate account, click here.

How does the affiliate program work?
If you have your own website, blog, MySpace profile or similar, you can put on some of our banners. If a visitor clicks the banner, then makes a purchase from our site, you will receive a commission. These commissions will then be transfered to your customer account balance every month, so you can use it to purchase our products.
Alternatively, if you refer a friend, tell them to enter your Affiliate ID in the appropriate box when they sign up for a new account.

Can I get paid in cash?
For the moment, no. Your earnings will be kept in your ThaiDVD customer account to be used against your purchases.

How can I put a banner on my page?
We offer several different banner styles as well as dynamic ones. For each one, there will be some HTML code provided, that you can copy and paste into your page.

What if I need a banner of a different size or shape?
Please let us know, and we will make it to suit your needs.

When do I get credited my gains?
On the first of each month, we will credit your gains to the ThaiDVD Customer account that you specified when signing up for your affiliate account.

What if I already use your old affiliate system?
It will continue to work, but we strongly suggest you to open an Affiliate account then contact us, so we can update your referrals. This way, you can keep track better of your referral's activities.
