We have probably received the payment, but the order did not register in our database. Please cut and paste the payment confirmation email you received from our credit card processor into this form as well, and send it to "Payment/Site Problems"
You've placed an order but it has not arrived, or a movie is missing:
Sometimes there are delays in the postal service and it can take up to 30 days. If it is not arrived by then, or your order arrived missing a movie, please contact "Lost Order/Missing Title"
A title you have purchased from us does not work:
Please try it in a different DVD player, a PC or games console, as some players are more sensitive than others.
If this still does not work, please contact "Report a Defect", with the name of the affected title(s) and their order number, and the nature of the problem.
You have a question about our products:
