Synopsis: In prewar Berlin, while the shadow of Nazism grows, life inside the Kit Kat Klub is sinfully sordid in this landmark film musical. Liza Minnelli stars as the glamorously self-destructive American cabaret singer Sally Bowles. Michael York is Brian, an impoverished writer living in the same boarding house as Sally. Together, they share their dreams of a future that will never be. Along with a host of "divinely decadent" characters, they party the days and nights away in a world uncontrollably racing towards the horrors of World War II.
